All sales are final.

We don't issue refunds.
Our Web Store requires a minimum $10.00 purchase.
 

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and PayPal.  If paying by check via mail order, please allow an extra 5 business days for your check to clear. Colorado residents are subject to 3.7% sales tax on all merchandise.

Shipping and Fulfillment

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. First Class and Priority Mail are the standard shipping methods. 

We process orders once a week, so please allow 1-5 business days after placing your order for us to package and ship.

International Customers will be invoiced the extra costs of shipping outside of the US (less our domesitc First Class Shipping allowance of $3.50) through their PayPal account.

Warranty and Repair Services

All STK Paintball manufactured electronic products come with a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. This warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please email or call prior to sending in a product for warranty service. All warranty returns must reference the original STK Paintball sales order number. 

Shipping charges for the return of any product to STK Paintball is the responsbility of the sender.  We will return your warranted product post paid via 1st class mail.

Repair services are available for all electronic products out of warranty. Please include all pertinent contact information so we can reach you regarding the nature and extent of the repair service required. No products will be returned until satisfactory payment arrangements have been made.  Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for all warranty and repair services.
